Russian Military Ammo Found in Home

 Madera County anti-gang officers arrested a 19-year-old man this morning after finding 350 pounds of Russian military ammunition at his home. During the search,  agents found 4,400 rounds of Russian-made military ammunition sealed in 88 packages of 50 rounds each. Madera agents also discovered marijuana and methamphetamine packaged for sale. Authorities say the man may have been smuggling drugs to Mexico. He was on probation for an earlier arrest on drug and weapons charges.
